I think I have a really good setting.
You know how people mostly do stories on farm girls or boys?
Well, change it up a little bit! Make it take place in the city? Or, try doing a country like Turkey that most people don’t think about a lot!

* What if there was no money in the world? How would that look?
* What if your dreams during the night came true the next day?
* What if everyone knew exactly the time and date of their death? What would that world look like?
* You could have a superpower for one day a year. You choose the power but do not know which day you get to use it that year.

Here’s a quick idea that just popped up in my head:
Some girl (or boy) finds a book and reads it. The book tells them it will solve their problems, (not sure what the problem is, you can think of that) But the book turns out to be evil pretty much ruin their life… until they kill it somehow. Hope this helped! ?
OK, here’s my idea:
There is a girl who can turn into a unicorn. When she is a unicorn, she lives in Unicornia, City of the Unicorns. When she is human, she lives in a house with her foster parents and her evil foster twin. Her twin finds out about her power and reveals the secret. So the unicorn girl runs away and goes on a quest to find her Unicorn Mom. I hope this suggestion helps! Keep writing!
My idea:
There’s a girl who has really long hair that grows a lot. (By the way this is in present time, 2012) She gets kidnapped and hidden into a tower by some outlaw woman who erases her memory with a potion. Then the girl thinks the outlaw is her mother when her real mother is worried sick. The girl grows her hair really long because the outlaw women likes long hair on girls and lost her scissors. One day she escapes from her tower by using her hair (which is about 15 feet long) and sees the real world for the first time.
It’s like a modern “Rapunzel.”
I like that! It reminds me of the new tv show about fairy tale characters living in the real world.
